genQRC is built and maintained by an independent developer based in France. If you have found a bug, have a feature suggestion, want to report an issue, or just want to say hello, the best way to reach out is by email.
Get in Touch
For bug reports, feature requests, or general inquiries, send an email to the address below. Please include as much detail as possible: which generator you were using, what browser and device you were on, and what happened versus what you expected. Screenshots are always helpful for visual issues.

Response Time
As a solo project, response times vary. Bug reports and security issues are prioritized. Feature requests are read and considered, though not all can be implemented. Expect a reply within a few business days for most inquiries.
Common Questions
Before reaching out, you might find your answer in one of these resources:
For help scanning codes, see How to Scan a QR Code. For print sizing questions, check the QR Code Size Guide. For questions about how the generators work, the About page explains the technical foundation. For privacy concerns, read the Privacy Policy.
Reporting Issues
If a generator is producing incorrect output, please include the following in your report: the specific generator page (URL, WiFi, vCard, etc.), the input data you entered (or a sanitized version if it contains sensitive information), the browser name and version, the device type (phone model or desktop OS), and a description of the expected behavior versus the actual result. This helps diagnose and fix the issue much faster than a general description.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get a response?
Most inquiries receive a reply within two to five business days. Bug reports and security issues are prioritized over feature requests. Complex technical questions may take longer to investigate.
Can I request a new QR code type?
Yes. Send a description of the QR code type you need and the use case. If it follows a recognized standard (like meCard, geo, or SEPA payment), it is more likely to be added. Proprietary or platform-specific formats are harder to support broadly.
I found a security issue. How should I report it?
Send an email with the subject line 'Security Report' and describe the vulnerability in as much detail as possible. Do not post security issues publicly before they are addressed.
Can I use genQRC for a commercial project?
Yes. All QR codes generated on genQRC are free to use for any purpose, including commercial applications, without attribution. The QR code format itself is patent-free.
Do you accept advertising partnerships?
genQRC uses Google AdSense for advertising. Direct advertising partnerships are not currently offered. The focus is on maintaining a clean, user-friendly experience without intrusive ad formats.
